The Elite CU model is our innovative sharpening and grinding machine for straight knives with sharpening capacity from 1000 mm up to 4090 mm.
It’s an automatic, simple, compact and economical machine which requires low maintenance.
Equipped with a control panel very easy to use but very powerful, with which sharpening and preparation times are as fast as possible.
We have been analyzing the working cycle of a workshop to optimize the use of the machine. The result is a control panel with only the needed buttons, like the knives sharpening machines of the past, but inside has a powerful PLC, so that the sharpening cycle is automatic with good quality.
Once the sharpening cycle is finished, if you selected the polishing cycle, this is activated automatically, for maximum sharpening quality and minimum surface roughness of the knife. And the machine automatically reduces the carriage speed for that fine-finishing operation.

Automatic or manual downfeed of grinding wheel: You can move up or down the grinding wheel with the push buttons, or do it with the manual handwheel to get a more precise feedback
Magnetic chuck 150 mm. width supported by extra rigid feet
Knife degrees easy and fast to adjust by means of a graduated lever from 0º to 90º
